Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry.
NOTES:
- Trade visitors include managers or above in travel trade i.e. travel agents, tour operators, airlines, hotels or other tourism related industries; media; and those in other sectors (not tourism related) but responsible for corporate and MICE travel.
- Successfully pre-registered or present Trade Ticket to register onsite is FREE admission.
- Visitors under 18 will not be admitted.
- Tour guides are not considered as trade visitors, but can contact Hong Kong Professional Tourist Guides General Union for free admission on June 10 (Fri) after 2:00pm.
- Students are not considered as trade visitors, but tertiary and post-secondary institutions can contact us to arrange group visits (free admission) for tourism and hospitality students on June 10 (Fri) after 3:30pm.
- Badges for VIP, buyers and trade visitor not valid on public days, and those successfully pre-registered can each collect during trade days one complimentary public day ticket.
