ITE Hong Kong 2025 (12 - 15 June 2025) is an eligible activity for funding support under Government Trade and Industry Department – SME Export Marketing Fund (EMF)

Hong Kong companies, if eligible, can apply for EMF for maximum 50% of the total approved expenditure (including space/ booth rental and other related costs) incurred by the applicant enterprise or HK$100,000, whichever is the less.
Applicant can apply for initial payment (submit applications within 45 to 120 calendar days before the start date of ITE 2025, i.e. 12 Feb 2025 to 28 April 2025, i.e. 12 Feb 2025 to 28 April 2025) cum final payment (submit a corresponding application for final payment within 60 calendar days after ITE 2025, i.e. from 16 Jun – 14 Aug 2025). Successful applicant enterprises may receive up to 75% of the total preliminarily approved government funding as initial payment before the ITE. Applicant may also opt to apply for Reimbursement after ITE. .
