To optimize returns of limited resources, ITE2025 will only have BUYER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (BAP), and no HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM.
There are always buyers who visit ITE without financial assistance, who thus not obliged to attend activities arranged by the organizer. We would like to invite them to spare some of their time in ITE2025 to attend “Buyers Meeting Sellers” activities arranged by the organizer, which we believe consistent with these buyers’ visit purpose, and offer them some financial assistance to subsidize partially their traveling cost.
In fact, TKS has been throughout Covid-19 keeping the office open, attempting and succeeding to hold physically ITE each year since 2021. On one hand, many tourism enterprises are orderly taking up staff but there often are shortages, thus affecting how many they can send to attend an exhibition.
Situation makes it necessary for us doing so! Hopefully, the BAP can through wider sharing include more buyers.
To keep it simple, there will be two groups of buyers under BAP which namely are (A) the Greater Bay Area (Bay) group, and (B) the non-Bay group which include buyers from China outside the Bay and those from overseas. Please refer to below for details.
If you are outbound travel agencies and involved in decision-making for selecting destinations outside of home region and decide outbound tour / routes with proven track records, you may be eligible to apply ITE Hong Kong Buyer Assistance Program.

Buyer (GBA/Non-GBA) is required to pay the registration fee and agree to complete the buyer program assigned by the Organizer. Registered Buyer is free and is voluntary to attend the buyer program.
Buyer (GBA/Non-GBA) who wishes to get cash imbursement is required to complete the programs to be assigned by the organizer with details to be announced in late May or early June 2025. Registered buyers are voluntarily to join buyer programs.
