Standard Entry in the Official Catalogue – Online which can facilitate exhibitor to be reached by registered buyers / trade visitors;
Company Listing in Visitor Guide – Printed copy will be distributed to visitors throughout the show period;
Onsite Forum rental – Exhibitor can book onsite forum to hold your own press conference / seminar during trade days (B2B) at special rate, subject to quote and availability.
Meeting Buyer – though ITE still follow the free-flow format, there are two ways for exhibitor could meet our pre-screened quality buyers:
a) Access the buyer list through ITE platform to invite target buyer to visit your stand and/or b) Participate the Business Meeting (BM) which facilitate buyers make quick dating with exhibitors.
Free Usage of Grand Stage – Exhibitor who came with cultural performance troupe can apply for a 25 minutes slot for free, subject to availability.
Free Speaking Opportunity – Exhibitor can apply for a free timeslot should the topic is under theme(s)of the year, terms and condition applied.
Free Promotion and Publicities reaching both Travel Trade, Corporate and FIT – possible highlights in ITE official social media and press release, e-Newsletter, DM flyer, fairground, participating official press conference and media preview, etc
