Description
East Asia Airlines Limited (EAA) was established in July 1988 and Macau-Hong Kong services commenced in November 1990 by operating with two Bell 222 helicopters. Helicopters Hong Kong Limited (“HeliHK”) established in 1997, formed a partnership with EAA, to create the largest commercial helicopter operation in the Pearl River Delta Region and introduced a fleet change from Bell 222 to Sikorsky S76C+ helicopters. Subsequently, a new company named “Sky Shuttle Helicopters Limited” was launched in November 2008, as part of a corporate re-branding exercise. In April 2009, to coincide with the opening of the new Sky Shuttle Heliport in Hong Kong, the new medium-twin Agusta Westland AW139 helicopter made its inaugural flight. Today, the company operates exclusively with an all AW139 fleet. Sky Shuttle Helicopters also offers range of tailor-made shuttle services on a private charter basis to meet corporate and leisure needs. Flights between Hong Kong-Macau and Macau-Shenzhen for leisure, corporate and executive travel. Other Charter Flight Services - Airport transfers between Hong Kong-Macau and Macau-Shenzhen airports. - Macau sightseeing. - Aerial filming and photography. - Special occasions.
